This time, we’re located in one of the city’s more dynamic and upcoming student areas, Leith. This area has gained a reputation for being one of the coolest neighbourhoods in Edinburgh, with countless new bars, cafes and shops opening in the area. Situated on Iona Street, our new accommodation has a range of studio and shared options to choose from, including two and three-bedroom apartments. Four buildings adjoined together by a private courtyard and astounding social facilities, Vita Student Iona Street has a welcoming campus feel that inspires focus, creativity, and friendships.

Your monthly cleaning service and grab and go breakfast every weekday is also included in your weekly rent. There’s no need to sign up to a gym! We have one on site, open 24/7. All our buildings offer a superfast Wi-Fi connection but from September 2022 we’re upgrading our internet speeds to:
- 250 mbps Wi-Fi in all buildings in the UK and 100 mbps in our buildings in Spain
- 500 mbps Wired connection through the internet ports (excluding Birmingham, Edinburgh and St Albans as they have no internet ports, and Spain, when we offer 100 mbps)
You will also have your own individual private & secure personal wireless network. Unlike services at other providers, not only can you connect each of your devices to the internet but you can also enable 8 personal Smart devices in Spain and 10 in the UK to discover and connect to each other. This means that you can share content between your SMART devices in a private and secure way just like you would in a traditional home setting and you can do it safe in the knowledge that nobody else in the building can connect to them.
